Bowling Ball Beach in Acadia National Park is full of ankle snapping, round, slippery rocks. A long exposure allowed the ocean waves to blur out into an ethereal fog. But what I will always remember the most is the sound of the rocks as you walk on them, a slight tinging sound that is very unique as the rocks rub against each other. I cannot describe it perfectly but if you know you know!
