Blue Hour At Folly - B000276
Open Edition
On a blitz of a trip, I travelled very early one morning to Folly Beach, South Carolina. I knew there was a pier on the Atlantic Ocean that I really wanted to photograph. I arrived and the skies were still black. As the blue hour slowly arrived I photographed the pier. I love the play of cool blue tones and warm orange tones. And the mirror like effect of the receding surf reflecting the lights really makes the image work.
